Mike has been with CapStar ever since entering the Commercial Real profession in 2005. He holds an Associate Brokers license in Maryland along with Sales licenses in the District of Columbia. Mike's specialty is the Office market in Metropolitan DC. With his Clients search and marketing savings in mind, he has developed a large ongoing current portfolio of personally previewed class A and B properties suitable for clients requiring over 3000 Square Feet of space. Mike has seen deals through to successful completion in all the major divisions of Commercial Real Estate. This has given him an unusually broad view and understanding of how market sectors interact. Mike’s business career includes over thirty years in business to business sales. He prides himself in his ability and experience in making deals come together through building connections and finding common ground for all parties in the transaction.
